Event spaces in the Business Leadership Building (BLB) may be reserved two weeks to six months in advance while meeting rooms may be reserved up to six months in advance. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing, to the BLB Event Scheduling Coordinator, and might include conferences and events that need to be publicized more than six months in advance. The College of Business reserves the right to request a group move their event to another location, up to thirty days prior to the event, if the scheduled room is needed for College of Business purposes.
