Christina Kitchens is the founder and managing partner of 3P Energy Capital. She leads the firm’s strategy in energy alternative capital, fund-of-funds, business development, and its advisory services.

Christina is a seasoned energy and finance executive with a demonstrated history of building firms and de novo specialized finance divisions and products, recruiting and leading high-performing teams, investment bank leadership, debt originations, and heading corporate strategic initiatives. Prior to 3P, Christina built and led energy finance divisions with over 20 years of upstream, midstream, and alternative finance experience. She has successfully closed $11 billion in direct transactions and $80 billion of debt facility originations.

Christina is a leader who excels at assessing market trends, finding opportunities, and implementing growth strategies. She builds trust and delivers solutions that are inclusive, profitable, durable, and paradigm-shifting.

She holds an MBA with Highest Honors in Strategic Management and a BA in Psychology with an Organizational Behavioral Management focus from the University of North Texas.
