My research interests are focused on the shifts taking place in the United States driven by stagnant growth and global economic forces and the implications to business, business education, public policy and society in general.
Education is my third career. My first career - 25 years with PepsiCo, spanned corporate, Frito-Lay and Pepsi Cola divisions and included senior executive positions in marketing, bottling operations, mergers and acquisitions, business and systems process re-engineering and general management. My second career included a successful weight loss and longevity start-up that I transitioned in 2012. While studying for my PhD (career #3), I continue to serve on several corporate and non-profit boards. I am passionate about the prospect of teaching undergraduates about business.
Second year doctoral student in Management focused on Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
Recipient of the Ken and Shirley Murphy Scholarship for Entrepreneurship.
