Dr. Jenipher Coppin has over twenty years of experience in business management. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer, (CEO) of New Vision Media Publications. Dr. Coppin earned her Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change Management in business. She also earned an MBA degree with a double concentration in business management operations, and human resource management from Tiffin University. Dr. Coppin has a BA in Psychology with a minor in Education and was awarded academic honors, Cum Laude. Dr. Coppin is a member of the International Psychology Honors Society, and she is also a member of the faculty of color association.
Dr. Coppin's research interests include emotional intelligence, leadership development, organizational behavior, and the examination of the impact of diversity equity, and inclusion within higher education.
