The insurance industry is currently seeking a significant amount of young talent to replace the quickly retiring Baby Boomers. In order to attract the best and the brightest new graduates, the industry is adapting the way in which it has traditionally done business in an effort to attract Millennials and Gen Z. This panel will discuss those dynamics with the Gen Z perspective in mind.
