About Thomas Rajan
Thomas Rajan is responsible for the design and delivery of America's global talent development strategy and leadership and professional development programs. He also oversees core team member engagement efforts as well as the coordination of federated learning and training functions across American Airlines.

In addition to his successful management career, Rajan also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Arizona State of which he graduated summa cum laude.
