We intuitively know that diversity matters and that it makes sense in business terms. It's also increasingly clear that diversity is not going to happen overnight.

In this panel we will discuss what companies are doing to improve diversity, and build pipelines to enable female leadership. We will also discuss some of the systematic and cultural challenges in this endeavour, and how each individual in the workplace can make a difference.
