Josh Seidenfeld represents companies at all stages of their lifecycle, from startups to public companies with a focus on software, internet and healthcare-related technology companies (both consumer and enterprise). He has represented issuers and underwriters in public offerings, has substantial experience representing both buyers and sellers in M&A and both issuers and investors in private company financings. Josh also regularly advises his clients on general corporate issues, securities matters and implications of proposed business transactions.
