What’s at the intersection of public policy, economics, and insurance? The Travelers Institute – the public policy division of Travelers insurance! Come lunch and learn with award-winning speaker, economist and Travelers Institute President Joan Woodward as she kicks off Risk Management and Insurance Week with her signature Washington economic, political and policy outlook. Ms. Woodward, a former Capitol Hill staffer and Goldman Sachs alum, will speak to the complex economic challenges facing the U.S. and how the congressional elections this November might impact business and job prospects at today’s top firms. She’ll share a behind the scenes look at the Travelers Institute’s initiatives, what a career in the insurance industry really looks like, and why it might be the perfect fit for you.
