Paper and workshop proposal submission portal

  • Begin the submission process by clicking here: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=2ndicefb
  • Next login to your “EasyChair” account. If you are using the EaseChair portal for the first time, you will need to create an account. To do this, click on the “create an account” link and the website will walk you through the process. Once your account is created, click the link above again, login, and complete your submission
  • Please read the instructions provided on the portal before making your submission
  • Ensure that you have provided all required information before hitting the submit button
