FacultyDepartment of ITDS Dr. Chang E. Koh is a professor of Information Systems in the Information Technology and Decision Sciences Department at the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas. He lectures and consults on a variety of subjects on information technology and information systems. His current major research interests include IT capability and firm performance, business Internet practices and strategies, and cross-cultural issues of IT implementation. His research articles have appeared in such journals as MIS Quarterly, Information & Management, International Journal of Electronic Commerce, and Journal of Computer Information Systems among others.He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia in Information Systems, M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, and B.A. in economics from Yonsei University, South Korea.
