Professor (Marketing), received his Ph.D. from the University of Mississippi, USA, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a B.Tech. (Aeronautics) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Before coming into academia, he worked in the advertising and consumer product industry as the Account Manager and Planner, and Brand Manager. His research interests include franchising, channels, strategy, NPD, macromarketing, service marketing, cross-cultural and global marketing.
