Anna Sidorova is an Associate Professor of Information Systems and undergraduate programs coordinator in the department of Information Technology and Decision Sciences at the University of North Texas. During her tenure at UNT, Dr. Sidorova has engaged in active research in the areas of business intelligence and analytics, text mining, business process management, IS implementation and use, and applications of AI and machine learning in business. Dr. Sidorova authored over twenty academic and practitioner-oriented journal articles and book chapters, with research featured in prestigious academic journals such as MIS Quarterly, Journal of Management Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Information & Management and other. Dr. Sidorova teaches graduate and undergraduate courses on subjects related to IS development and management, AI and machine learning in business, Business Intelligence and Analytics.
Prior to her work at UNT, Dr. Sidorova was a business consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she advised clients on issues related to business process improvement, business strategy and IT system selection. She also worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Albany, SUNY. Dr. Sidorova holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Masters of Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Washington State University.
