Dr. Danielle Cooper is an associate professor in the department of Management and holds the Dean Henry Hays Professorship for Exemplary Service.  She received her PhD from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2007.  Her research interests include effectiveness in diverse teams, cultural differences in work behavior, and identification processes in organizations. Her research has appeared in the Academy of Management Review, the Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, International Journal of Intercultural Relations, European Management Journal, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior.
