A University of North Texas alumnae, Ginny Kissling is the current president of U.S. Operations for Ryan, LLC. In this role, she leads 1,300 employees across the United States, as well as 300 employees in Hyderabad, India, and is responsible for all aspects of service delivery operations within the United States, which includes 17 practices and 75 sub-practices, Business Development and Quality Assurance. 


In addition to her role as president, Kissling serves as a member for the Ryan, LLC Board of Managers and as principal for Ryan, LLC, where she specializes in providing transaction tax services, including multistate audit defense representation, research, reverse audits and transaction tax education on a national basis. Kissling is also an industry recognized expert in the Texas Enterprise Zone Program, which is a business incentive for capital investment and new or retained jobs, and other state and local incentives in Texas.


She has contributed a number of publications, including her articles written for New York University, the Institute on State and Local Taxation and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. She has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal with the 40 Under Forty Award (2010) and for being a Women in Business Honoree (2014). In 2015 she was awarded the Ryan Chairman Award.


Kissling held a number of positions on UNT’s Department of Accounting Advisory Board, including Development Committee Chair from 2009 to 2011, Executive Committee Chair-elect in 2012, and Executive Committee Chair in 2013. Her other vast and impressive past experiences include serving as Executive Director and Secretary/Treasurer for the Dallas/Fort Worth State Tax Association, Committee Member and Chair for the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, and Advisory Board member for New York University’s Institute on State and Local Taxation. She was also affiliated with TexasOne for four years and is currently involved with the National Association for Female Executives, National Charity League (North Prestonwood Chapter) and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO Wild West Chapter).
