Jennifer Batchelder received her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of North Texas. Over the course of her professional life, she has immersed herself in learning as much as possible and has shared that wealth of knowledge with others.
Born in Southern Mississippi, Jennifer has a great appreciation for the small things, a deep understanding of the importance of faith, family and friends, and recognizes the importance of working hard, diligence, goals and dreams. The great state of Texas and DFW area have supported her continued growth in art and creativity, entrepreneurship, event management, marketing, film production, consulting, philanthropy and networking. She has also had vast experience in the healthcare field through practicing physical therapy, working and teaching crisis care management and serving as a wound care specialist.
Jennifer is an active member of the community and has a number of volunteer experiences that have given her even deeper insight into the world of philanthropy. She is involved in P.E.O., has served on the Board of Directors for Denton County Friends of the Family and the Fred Moore Day Nursery School, is a member and Committee Chair for the Denton Benefit League, and has assisted fundraising efforts for the American Cancer Society and American Heart Association.
Jennifer's event management style consists of the ability to seamlessly execute events on a streamlined budget, connect individuals with a common purpose, and visualize the big picture while managing expectations.
"One of the best parts of event management, which may sound cliché, is guest arrival. Joyous surprise, awestruck from all that is before them, from being overwhelmed with what they (the client) had envisioned, to seeing this vision come to life, (hopefully greater than originally anticipated), or curiosity when learning something new and exciting... the range of emotions and reactions are just amazing and fulfilling. Events do not just happen in ball rooms and corporate offices... Life is an event, and everything about it can, and should, be celebrated or documented. Being blessed with skill, creativity and opportunity to evoke change in today's world is an honor. I am so thankful for having been a part of so many special events and look forward to many more…" -Jennifer B., 2013
