Kylie Khue Vo
Khue "Kylie" Vo is a Ph.D. student in Marketing and the Admin of SONA Human Subject Pool Systems of the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas. She received her Masters degree in marketing from the University of North Texas and holds an Honors B.A. in economics from the Vietnam National University. She also served as the President of the American Marketing Association at UNT in 2015 - 2016. Ms. Vo's research focuses on the are of consumer decision making, with an emphasis on Artificial Intelligence, social media, dual-processing models, authenticity, affects as information, congruence and parasocial interaction. She has explored these and other topics in the substantive domains of human-AI interaction and retailing. Ms. Vo's research targets the Journal of Consumer Research, the Journal of Marketing, the Journal of Business Research, and the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services.
