Ray White is Chief Performance Officer – Global for ICUC, a social moderation and engagement company that is part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, the 5th largest agency network in the world.  Mr. White is also author of the book Connecting Happiness and Success.   Prior to ICUC he created a network brand called Reinvention that focused on integrating cohesive Mobile, Social and Data strategies across all network brands. He also was Chief Performance Officer for iProspect, where he led his team to 15 Great Places to Work Awards, developed business performance tools and processes that fuel innovation, expanded training to a global offering available anytime and anywhere, and created a proprietary SRS (Strategic Results System) technology.  Prior to joining iProspect, he offered strategic leadership at Media3Net, Match.com, Clearwire Technologies, and Verizon Communications.

Mr. White has extensive experience driving start-up and fortune 1000 companies to increased profitability. He has more than 30 years of marketing and product experience and was the marketing lead for four companies that grew from $0 in revenue to as much as $320 million. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where he received a B.B.A in management and an M.B.A. in marketing.

Mr. White has three children and has been married for 25 years. He spends most of his spare time watching and participating with his children in various sporting activities and working on his passion of helping people become successful and happy.

Mr. White leads strategy sessions and business classes focused on leadership and success at all levels of the business hierarchy from new employees to C-Level executives. His book Connecting Happiness and Success serves as a foundation for classes at Texas Christian University, University of North Texas and within the Dentsu Aegis Network.
