Shalini is a fifth year Doctoral Candidate in Management focused on Strategy and Entrepreneurship. Her background includes a degree in Civil Engineering from India and an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from University of North Texas. She has several years of Engineering and related Project Management experience.
Shalini teaches Business Policy & Entrepreneurship both in face to face & online format.
Beside indulging in scholarly activities, she has a keen interest in photography.
Shalini's research interests include Strategy, Entreprenurship, Organizational Theory, Social Movements, Industry Evolution, Management of Innovation & Technology, Regulative Effects on Industry, Role of Gender in Businesses.
