He is currently in his third year, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. He theorizes and researches phenomena that emerge at micro and meso levels of analysis. Victor's research interests center around identification targets (sources of identification), the turnover process, demographic diversity, and workplace incivility.
