BLB Filming Request Form

Filming in the UNT Business Leadership Building

With its beautiful interior spaces and secluded conference rooms, the UNT Business Leadership Building is popular among departments, students, alumni and news organizations for filming interviews, campus B-roll and more. However, anyone wishing to film in the building, including students, must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Departments, organizations and individuals must submit the form below at least 48 hours prior to filming within the BLB. The form will be reviewed and, if possible, approval will be given via email.
  • Proof of approval must be present during filming and made available upon request prior to and during filming.
  • A BLB Building Representative will complete a building walk-through prior to the filming date to review the site for safety and traffic flow.
  • Film may not be used for commercial use.
  • Departments, students, organizations and individuals are responsible for obtaining releases from any parties featured during filming.
  • BLB leadership reserves the right to refuse or stop filming at any time.
  • Departments, organizations and individuals must provide their own equipment.
  • Rooms and event spaces within the BLB must be reserved in advance for intended film use.
