BBA in Real Estate with a Concentration in Residential Property Management

A UNT Real Estate degree with a residential property management concentration prepares students to make investment and management decisions. They will explore aspects of real estate transactions, from residential to commercial to international, and learn about property appraisal, finance, and management. Graduates will understand real estate and property management's legal environment, valuation of real estate assets, and market research. The Residential Property Management concentration is supported by the Texas Apartment Association and the Apartment Industry.
