Speakers

Tom Bresnahan

Tom BresnahanTom is a senior executive with extensive leadership experience driving business and IT transformations across multinational teams at three Fortune 50 companies. A proven IT leader, he brings deep expertise in strategy, cybersecurity, risk management, and enterprise technology with global impact.

Throughout his career at PepsiCo, Tom held several influential roles, including CIO of its third-largest global foods business unit, PepsiCo Brazil. He was also a founding member and interim CISO, helping establish PepsiCo’s enterprise cybersecurity function from the ground up. He later created the company’s global Cybersecurity Business Information Security Office (BISO), leading efforts to align cybersecurity with business priorities at global scale across domestic and international markets. Most recently, he led PepsiCo’s global Supply Chain and Operational Technology Cybersecurity organization.

Beyond his professional achievements, Tom is passionate about giving back and staying connected to the communities that have shaped him. He has served on the board of a Dallas-area YMCA and was honored as Volunteer of the Year by the Junior Achievement Dallas Business Hall of Fame. He also enjoys engaging with the next generation of leaders, speaking on IT and cybersecurity topics at the University of North Texas and Texas A&M University, and values staying connected to his alma mater through his service on the UNT ITDS Advisory Board.

At the heart of it all, Tom is most proud of his family. He is married to Jacque, also a UNT ITDS graduate, and they have three children—Kilian, Braddock, and Brittan.

Cody Morris

Cody MorrisCody Morris is the Founder of Dallas.Dev, an AI-native incubator and consultancy that helps founders and operators take ideas from concept to scale.

He has worked across companies ranging from Fortune 500 organizations like PepsiCo to high-growth B2C startups such as LTK.

Most recently, he co-founded Aerostrat Software, where served as Director of Engineering before leading Product & Growth as the company scaled from concept to acquisition.
