Alexis Cook

Alexis Cook Simms is a marketing executive, entrepreneur, and educator specializing in B2B marketing strategy, product marketing, and revenue-driven go-to-market strategy. She currently serves as Vice President of Sales Enablement and Marketing at Ziosk, a leading restaurant technology platform used by major hospitality brands to power guest engagement, digital ordering, payments, and customer experience insights.

With more than a decade of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, customer engagement technology, and strategic partnerships, Cook has built and launched marketing programs that help companies translate product innovation into measurable revenue growth. Her work focuses on helping organizations move from brand awareness to commercial execution — aligning marketing, sales, product, and partnerships to accelerate adoption and market expansion.

Before joining Ziosk, Cook spent 10 years at AT&T, where she held leadership roles across product marketing, strategic partnerships, mobility sales, and B2B growth strategy. She was recognized as a high-performing leader and represented AT&T on several public boards, including the Dallas Regional Chamber Economic Development Board and the Education & Workforce Development Board.

Cook is also the founder of Level 1715, a Dallas-based fractional CMO and marketing strategy firm that helps startups and enterprise companies build scalable marketing infrastructure, launch new products, and develop high-impact partnership ecosystems.

At the University of North Texas, Cook teaches graduate and undergraduate marketing courses including Foundations of Marketing and Advanced Marketing Strategy, where she focuses on bridging academic theory with real-world execution. Her teaching emphasizes customer behavior, market positioning, go-to-market strategy, and the role of data and technology in modern marketing leadership.
