Ashley Waggoner

Ashley Waggoner is a Career Coach at the University of North Texas’ Wilson Jones Career Center, where she supports students in the G. Brint Ryan College of Business across majors including Management, Marketing, Human Resources, and Entrepreneurship. She empowers students to translate their strengths into meaningful career paths through personalized coaching, career readiness programming, and strategic employer engagement.

Ashley brings a background in hospitality management, operational leadership, and human resources within the healthcare industry, with experience in team leadership, hiring, training, and performance management. A proud UNT alumna with a degree in Integrative Studies focused on Psychology and Hospitality Management, she is known for her relationship-driven and strategic approach and is passionate about building student confidence and creating impactful connections between education and industry.
