Damini Bose is a PhD student whose research interest integrates branding strategy, and sustainability within a rigorous, theory-driven framework. As a Ph.D. candidate in Marketing, she examines how psychological processes shape strategic marketplace outcomes, with particular emphasis on branding strategy, sustainable consumption and long-term behavioral change aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Damini holds an MBA with dual specialization in Marketing and Human Resources, a foundation that informs her cross-functional perspective on organizational strategy, brand management, and consumer engagement. Prior to pursuing her doctoral studies, she accumulated 6.5 years of industry experience, including serving as a Social Media Manager at HP Inc. In this role, she worked at the intersection of brand communication, CSR activities, branding strategy, and performance analytics experience that continues to shape her research lens. She brings an industry-grounded understanding of positioning, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making into her academic work. Her orientation is firmly strategy-focused: she seeks to connect micro-level psychological mechanisms with macro-level brand and market implications.
Methodologically, Damini is interested employing multimethod research designs, including experiments, mediation and moderation modeling, qualitative analysis, and advanced quantitative analysis. By bridging academic rigor with industry-informed insight, Damini positions her work at the confluence of branding, sustainability, and strategic marketing thought.
