Jack Washington

Jack Washington serves as an Adjunct Instructor within RCOB and brings a wealth of experience to this role.

In addition to his Adjunct role, Jack serves as an HR Director at EssilorLuxottica where he leads a team supporting RX Operations.

Prior to that role, Jack served as an Executive Director of HR at JPMorgan Chase where he led HR efforts for the Company’s new build branches across the US. Additionally, he served as Vice President, HR Business Partner within JPMorgan Chase’s Global Technology function. Prior to that, he was a Senior HR Business Partner at TruGreen, where he was instrumental in aiding the organization’s HR transformation efforts. Jack began his career at McKesson Corporation, where he served as a member of their inaugural HR Development cohort, and later as a Regional HR Business Partner for multiple Distribution Centers across the US.

Despite his extensive time in Corporate America, Jack is particularly passionate about his role as an Instructor as it allows for him to invest in the next generation of leaders and prepare them for the future.

Jack holds a Masters in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a BA in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In his spare time he enjoys sports, traveling, music, and spending time with his family and their pet tortoise!
