Joti Kaur

Joti Kaur is a Clinical Assistant Professor in Information Systems at University of North Texas, specializing in cybersecurity, privacy, and organizational information security behavior. She earned her PhD in Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has prior industry experience as a software developer and banking professional. Her research explores cybersecurity performance, employee behavior, and emerging risks, including unethical AI use.
