Julia Herchen

Julia Herchen earned her doctorate in Management from the University of North Texas, where her dissertation advanced theory on unethical prosocial behavior. Her work appears in the Journal of Business Strategies and major conferences including the Academy of Management and Southern Management Association. An experienced educator, she has taught extensively in leadership, ethics, strategy, and organizational behavior. Before academia, Dr. Herchen served as a senior finance and operations executive, including multiple CFO roles across real estate, financial services, and e‑commerce.
