Kenneth Meyers

Before joining the University of North Texas, Ken spent over 25 years as a Senior Human Resources Leader and Leadership Coach, working across multiple industries and global organizations. His experience includes working with Fortune 500 companies and professional services firms, where he focused on enabling leaders to navigate complex leadership challenges such as setting strategic direction, organizational design and development, and change management.

Ken holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching. He is credentialed at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level by the International Coaching Federation, certified as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management, and accredited in EQ-i 2.0® and EQ-i 360® emotional intelligence assessments.
