Kerin Groves

Kerin Groves is a professional development expert with specialties in human behavior, organizational dynamics, and lifelong career growth. Her interest areas are work-based learning and reimagining education.

Her teaching experience includes community college, Bachelor’s and Master’s programs, work-based learning field sites, and organizational training. She has been an award-winning clinician, business consultant, and published author. In addition to higher education, her work experience includes operations and management roles in business, nonprofits, government, and healthcare.

A Mean Green alum, Dr. Groves earned a BS and MS at UNT, then a PhD from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She serves as the internships team lead for the G. Brint Ryan College of Business, within the Wilson Jones Career Center at UNT, and is an adjunct faculty member.
