Kinshuk Sharma

Kinshuk Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management. He joined the G. Brint Ryan College of Business, University of North Texas in the Summer of 2024. Prior to that, Kinshuk was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Ivey Business School, Western University, Canada (2022-2023) and Daniels School of Business, Purdue University (2023-2024). Kinshuk earned his Ph.D. from Daniels School of Business, Purdue University in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources.

Kinshuk's research interests include trust and trust repair, social capital, and impact. His research has been published in premier journals such as Academy of Management Review and Journal of Management.
