Peter Kipp is an assistant professor of accounting in the G. Brint Ryan College of
Business. Dr. Kipp earned
his Ph.D. at the University of South Florida, his Master in Professional Accounting
from the
University of Texas at Austin, and his BBA from Pittsburg State University. His general
research interests include AIS and auditing topics with a behavioral and decision
making
focus. His research received the "Outstanding Research Award" for the 2017 Joint
Midyear
Meeting of the AIS and SET Sections of the American Accounting Association. Dr. Kipp
maintains an active CPA license in the state of Kansas.
