Roxanne Verrelli

Roxanne Verrelli is a Lecturer in the Department of Management at the University of North Texas, where she teaches courses in business communication, professional development, and management. Since joining UNT in 2018, she has taught a wide range of undergraduate courses, including Business Communication in a Global Environment, Organizational Behavior, and Management Concepts, with a strong emphasis on preparing students for career readiness and workplace success.

Roxanne brings over three decades of professional experience spanning corporate, higher education, retail, and healthcare environments. Prior to her faculty role, she served as Assistant Director of Frisco Career Services at UNT, where she focused on employer development and student career placement. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Senior Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Engineering at Raytheon, gaining valuable insight into corporate leadership and operations.

She holds a Master of Education in Higher Education with a concentration in Student Affairs and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, both from UNT. Verrelli is also a graduate of the Frisco Leadership Academy through the Frisco Chamber of Commerce.

Her professional interests include generational differences in the workplace, career development, and effective business communication. She has presented on navigating generational dynamics in professional settings and remains actively involved in the Frisco business community.
