Dr. Samantha L. Jordan is an Assistant Professor of Management in the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration (Organizational Behavior and Human Resources) from Florida State University. Her research examines workplace dynamics, including self-serving behavior, interpersonal mistreatment, and the work–family interface, with a particular focus on how individuals interpret and respond to complex social work environments. Dr. Jordan’s work has been published in leading journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Human Resource Management, and has received multiple awards and recognitions, including a Scholarly Achievement Award from the Academy of Management. In addition to her research, she teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Research Methods, and Business Ethics, and actively mentors doctoral students.
