Shelli Boydstun, DBA, is an experienced marketing research and consumer insights professional with more than 30 years of industry experience in analytics, marketing research, customer experience, and strategic marketing. She currently serves as Director of Costumer Experience Insights at Transamerica, where she leads Voice of Customer research and customer experience measurement.
Dr. Boydstun teaches marketing research, strategic marketing, and capstone courses as an Adjunct Faculty member. Her teaching emphasizes practical application, data‑driven decision‑making, and helping students build confidence in analytical thinking.
She holds a DBA in Marketing from Grand Canyon University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a BS in Mathematics from Eastern New Mexico University. She is also certified in Marketing Research through the University of Georgia.
