Suyash Garg

Suyash Garg is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management. He earned his PhD in Management from the School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. His research interests include strategic leadership, social networks, international management, and socio-economic diversity, and his work has been published in the Journal of International Business Studies. His dissertation essay was nominated for the Louis Pondy Award for Best Dissertation Paper at the Academy.

Prior to pursuing his PhD, he gained industry experience, interning at Asian Paints and Unilever, and working with Accenture and Reliance. He was selected for the prestigious Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellowship (PMRDF) and was among the youngest educators for Teach India. He holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, during which he was awarded a DAAD Scholarship to study at the University of Münster.
