Timothy Kincaid

Dr. Timothy S. “Tim” Kincaid is an adjunct faculty member in the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas, where he teaches an airline management and operations course in the Aviation Logistics degree program. He brings more than 25 years of aviation and public relations experience, including as a manager of corporate communications for American Airlines.

Dr. Kincaid holds a Doctor of Education in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University and an MBA in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In addition to teaching, he is the founder and principal of Kincaid Coaching & Consulting, where he works with organizations and executives on leadership development, strategic communications, and organizational change.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and a licensed FAA private pilot, Dr. Kincaid integrates real-world aviation experience with leadership and management education.
