RCOB Undergraduate Programs advises using a major-based system. This means that each student will have a dedicated team that specializes in their chosen field of study. We believe this tailored approach provides you with more targeted guidance and support as you navigate your academic journey.

If you have already attended an appointment for Summer and Fall 2024 enrollment, there is no need to attend another appointment!

Current RCOB Students Drop-in advising
Undergraduate Programs will host virtual-only same-day, drop-in advising for students needing assistance for Summer/Fall 2024 registration. Please note that summer drop in advising times are limited due to impacts of the new student orientation schedule.

The sign-in button is available in EAB Navigate 15 minutes before the start of each drop-in session (For mornings this is 8:15am, for afternoons this is 12:45pm).
Sign-in for drop-ins will close once all availability has been filled for the morning or afternoon. Drop-in appointments fill VERY quickly. Within a matter of minutes. If drop-ins are full, we suggest you try reaching out to the advisor on-call or booking an appointment through EAB Navigate (see notes below).

Appointments
Undergraduate Programs offers scheduled appointments in-person, as well as virtual options. Scheduled appointments in Denton, Frisco and online for future planning are available now. You may schedule an appointment through the EAB Navigate app or by visiting unt.navigate.eab.com. Appointments release for scheduling 21 days in advance.
Advising at UNT at Frisco: In-person appointments will be offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during the fall/spring semesters. Appointments are booked via Navigate under the Service Type "RCOB General Advising @ Frisco Landing." We are unable to change in-person Frisco appointments to Denton or virtual. Please sign up for the appropriate method of advising you are seeking. Additionally, you may sign into the queue for drop-in advising as listed above.
On-call Advisor
An on-call advisor is available virtually on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00-11:00 AM and 2:00-4:00 PM to answer quick questions only (not full advising sessions). To connect, go to https://unt.zoom.us/my/rcob.oncall.
An on-call advisor is available in person during office hours Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to answer quick questions only (not full advising sessions). No appointment needed if we can answer your questions! If your request needs further follow-up to resolve, the on-call advisor can let you know if your questions necessitate a future appointment. If so, you will be directed to talk with our front desk for help booking the next available appointment time.
Graduation Checks
If you are planning to graduate in Summer or Fall 2024 or if you are a BS Accounting student transitioning to the MS program, you may request a graduation check virtually No appointment needed! Login here to submit your request. An advisor will send the completed grad check to your UNT email account.
