The BBA in Human Resource Management provides students with the skills and expertise needed to effectively manage the firm’s most important asset – its people. With functional knowledge of human behavior in the workplace and proficiency in the application of HR tools, our SHRM aligned curriculum prepares graduates to address the challenges of managing people in organizations, large and small. Our graduates pursue careers as HR generalists, as well as all the specialty areas of human resource management.

Paisleigh Fedro, BBA OBHR '17
HR Specialist in Talent Management
& Development, Frito-Lay

Paisleigh interned with Frito-Lay as an HR Coordinator and is now an HR specialist on their Talent Management team. In 2020, she received two Eagle Awards, which recognize Frito-Lay HR employees who make outstanding contributions to the Talent, Culture and Capability of the function by being advocates for employees and partners with the business teams. The awards are a result of her work in ramping up the frontline staffing to get people in the door quicker during the COVID crisis, as well as centralizing the interview process for the local HR teams.
