Please note that account access is limited to:

  • doctoral students
  • faculty
  • staff
  • masters students if they require access for a specific assignment and get the professor's approval.

The following instructions will guide you in obtaining your WRDS account.

  1. Point your web browser to https://wrds-web.wharton.upenn.edu/wrds/
  2. If you do not have a WRDS Account, you may click Register for a WRDS Account and complete the form.
  3. If you have an active or recently expired account from another insitution, then you should click Request Account Transfer instead.
  4. Once you submit an Account Request, an email will be sent to your WRDS Representative, Todd.Enoch@unt.edu for approval. Once approved, your account will be created.
