Mentoring enhances professional development and boosts career success. Freshman and sophomore Accounting scholars will be matched with Beta Alpha Psi members or student leaders as buddy mentors. During the junior/senior year, scholars are connected to a CPA, Junior Accounting Advisory Board member as a professional mentor.
