UNT alum, Lauren Davis, serves as Co-Founder and Chief Culture Officer of The Gents Place. Founded in 2008, The Gents Place has created an entirely new category within the men’s grooming industry. In her role, she inspires and nurtures the spirit and well-being of all team members. Lauren is a mother of three, but most of the team members will tell you that her nurturing mother-like tendencies spread far into each club. She is also the CEO and Talk Show Host of “For the Love of Dallas” where Lauren interviews and celebrates those investing their time to make a positive impact on the local community.

As someone dedicated to lifelong learning, Gabriel has shaped his young career to put him in positions where he can do exactly that. From learning the in's and out's of HR as an intern at Sinacola to an HR representative at Essilor Luxottica, and now working as a consultant on the Talent Effectiveness team at Ryan. He has a passion for helping team members become the best versions of themselves and supporting them throughout their journeys.
