Leaderboard

The leaderboard features students with the top point totals based on their participation in activities.

• There will be monthly incentive giveaways for those who achieve the most points every month.
• We will also showcase the leaderboard on the TV screens in the Business Leadership Building!

Featured Badges

Featured badges are “specialty” badges that students can earn in addition to Competency badges. These are ideal for specific skillsets, majors/programs, student organizations. To earn a badge, students must complete a specific set of requirements.

Badges demonstrate a student’s proficiency on a skill, topic, or competency.

Getting Started Badge
This is a badge that will enable you to hit the ground running! The activities associated with this badge are meant to get you started with taking an active role in your education and getting involved within the College of Business.

ePortfolio

The Edge Program allows you to keep track of all activities, including tasks and events in your ePortfolio, which will enable you to be able to update your resume or enhance your LinkedIn profile. Your ePortfolio can also be shared with prospective employers so they can see the history of all of your experiences.

Staying Motivated!

Students will receive incentives and recognition for the following:

• Earning featured badges
• Earning competency badges
• Getting on the leaderboard each month
• Completing special activities

Incentives Include:

• UNT and RCOB swag
• Gift cards
• Free food
• Textbook awards
• and much more!

Recognition:

• All graduates who complete all five competencies will be presented a special pin/stole and will be acknowledged by the Dean at graduation.
