We currently use the HEAT Service Management System to handle the following types of requests:
- Create Faculty/Staff/PhD or Visiting Scholar Account
- Create Part Time Student Employee (no email) Account
- Disable accounts
- Access Card Request
- Non-standard Software Request
- Web Change Request
- To attach files to web requests, click, drag, and drop the desired file into the form body on the webpage.
