Request Forms

We currently use Service Now to handle the following types of requests:

• G. Brint Ryan College of Business Accounts and Access
• Non-standard Software Request
• Web Change Request
• To attach files to web requests, click, drag, and drop the desired file into the form body on the webpage.
• Safe Attachment Release
• Software Licensing Request (new and renewal)
