For Summer/Fall 2026 course planning, we are offering a variety of same day appointments and scheduled appointments, both in-person and virtually. See additional information in the tabs below.
If you have difficulty booking an appointment, please call our front desk at 940-565-2110 during business hours for assistance.

Denton Campus Advising Options
Scheduled Appointments are released for scheduling 21 days in advance.
Scheduled Appointments are offered both virtually via Zoom AND in-person (BLB 110). Be aware of the location for the appointment you are scheduling, as we cannot change an in-person appointment to virtual or virtual to in-person.
Schedule an appointment using the Navigate app or by visiting unt.navigate.eab.com. If you do not see available appointments in Navigate, all pre-scheduled appointments within the next 21 days have been booked. Refer to same day appointment offerings.

Same Day Appointments offer the same full advising services as pre-scheduled advising appointments, the difference is when and how you can sign-up for an appointment. Same Day Appointments are released for scheduling at 8:15AM for 8:30-11:00AM appointments on that same day, and released at 11:40AM for 1:00-4:00PM appointments on that same day.

The RCOB Undergraduate Advising Office offers large group advising and course planning sessions to facilitate early course planning for students during the first six weeks of the Fall and Spring Terms. These Advising Workshops satisfy the advising requirement for students who may have an "Advising Required" hold on their account. They assist students with planning courses for the next enrollment cycle BEFORE early registration opens, and help students to avoid long wait times for advising appointments during peak registration.
Additional Workshop Options are added based on student need.
Students MUST click the list to RSVP so required materials and information can be prepared before workshop date. No RSVPs will be accepted late. Students must RSVP to reserve their spot 48 hours in advance of the published workshop date.

Graduation Checks
If you are planning to graduate in Summer or Fall 2026 or if you are a BS Accounting student transitioning to the MS program, you may request a graduation check virtually. No appointment needed! Fill out the form linked below and an advisor will send the completed grad check to your UNT email account.
