President, Park Place Lexus Grapevine, Park Place Lexus Plano, Jaguar Plano
Friday, April 29th - 10:00am to 11:30am
Curry 204

Jordan Case joined Park Place Dealerships in August 1991 as the pre-owned sales manager. Sixteen months later he moved to new car sales manager and subsequently served as general manager from 1994 through 1998. In 1998, Case was named president of Park Place Lexus Plano, and Park Place Lexus Grapevine upon its opening in 2000. Today he is Managing Partner for both Lexus stores in Dallas/Fort Worth and president of Park Place Jaguar.

Prior to Park Place Dealerships, Mr. Case spent three years as quarterback of the Ottawa Rough Riders in the Canadian Football League. Mr. Case earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Texas State University (now the University of North Texas) in Denton. In October, 2001, Mr. Case was inducted into the North Texas Athletic Hall of Fame.

Mr. Case has served as Chairman of the National and Southern Area Lexus Dealer Council, Product Planning Committee, Brand Image Committee, Service Strategy Committee, and been an “Elite of Lexus” Award winner 16 times. He has also served on the Texas Automobile Dealers Association Board, the University of North Texas Stadium Steering Committee, and the Plano Independent School District Education Foundation Board.

Under Mr. Case’s leadership, Park Place Lexus dealerships have been ranked sixth in sales and fifth in profitability nationally. Store turnover has been reduced from 67 percent in 1994 to less than 25 percent annually, an astonishing number for the automobile industry. In 2003, Park Place Lexus Plano received the Texas Award for Performance Excellence, the only car dealership to ever receive an award from the Governor of Texas. Park Place Lexus was named the 2005 Award recipient in the small business category of the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the highest level of national recognition for excellence given by the President of the United States.
