Ms. Denis, Partner-in-Charge of International Executive Services for KPMG in Dallas brings more than 24 years of international tax and human resource consulting services to her clients. She also serves as the overall global lead partner for several multinational corporations tasked with bringing firm-wide resources throughout KPMG and its international affiliates.

Ms. Denis was instrumental in the creation of KNOW (KPMG's Network of Women), established to help recruit and retain more than 600 females in the Dallas office. She is passionate about mentoring and helping women. Taking this passion of helping women outside of KPMG, she founded The Board Connection, an organization dedicated to increasing the number of women serving on corporate boards and in the executive suite, in 2009. Focusing on executive women, the organization provides programming and development opportunities to help them achieve their goal of serving on a corporate board. In 2010 The Board Connection was admitted to join ION (InterOrganization Network), an alliance of fourteen national business organizations that help advance women to the boardroom.

Ms. Denis currently serves on the KPMG Board of Trustees for the KPMG Foundation and the board of the PhD Project. She was recently elected to the board of directors of SIFE (Student In Free Enterprise) and serves on the Advisory Board of the College of Business of the University of North Texas. Ms. Denis also serves as the Vice-Chairperson of the board of Faith Christian School.

Ms. Denis was named as one of DFW's Top 25 Changemakers by the Dallas Business Journal Women in Business Awards program in 2009.  

Ms. Denis earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of North Texas. She is a CPA and a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Denis is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and served as Co-chairperson of the Public Affairs Subcommittee. She is also a member of the Greater Dallas Chamber International Business Advisory Committee.
