Mr. Slovak is responsible for over 9,000 associates in 6 countries who support the Fidelity organization in several areas including payroll, procurement, investment services and Fidelity’s non-U.S. operations, technology and knowledge processing delivery centers in India, China, and Ireland.

Mr. Slovak joined Fidelity in 1994 and has worked in a variety of Fidelity locations leading diverse functions and programs, including large-scale operations, institutional client relationship management, a large P&L business, a new site startup and a large-scale associate acquisition.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Slovak worked on Wall Street for several years leading a broad spectrum of organizations in areas including securities operations, institutional relationship management, and product management. Before that, he was an officer in the U.S. Army with assignments to Korea, the 101st Airborne Division, and the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Mr. Slovak holds a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s of science in Information & Computer Systems from Polytechnic University of New York. He serves on the University of North Texas College of Business Advisory Board and is a member of the Dallas Citizens Council.
