Senior Execution Manager at Chevron

Ms. Cole joined Chevron in 2013, as a Business Consultant in the Downstream & Chemicals, Lubricants business unit. She managed and grew the finished lubricants portfolio for one of the top five lubricants distributors in Chevron’s North America network. Her responsibilities included P&L management, pricing analysis as well as marketing strategy and execution. In her tenure at Chevron, she has held varying positions of increasing responsibility with her last few assignments squarely centered on process complexity reduction and simplification. In 2018, she relocated to the San Ramon area to assume a role as Global Sales Enablement Manager, supervising a team with global responsibility for sales enablement deployments in Greater China, Latin America, Asia Pacific as well as Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

As Senior Execution Manager, Ms. Cole is responsible for driving and developing digital strategies as well as leading enterprise channel optimization and execution, in support of the Corporation’s lower carbon, higher returns focus. This includes but is not limited to partnering with equity refinery leadership as well as 3rd party terminals for the benefit of commercial risk-taking.

Ms. Cole is recognized for her integrative and bold problem-solving abilities and is often called upon to lend her thought- leadership to address the most complex business issues facing Chevron today.

Before joining Chevron, Ms. Cole worked as a Business Development Manager at NBCUniversal in the Partnerships and Licensing Group. While there, she developed long-term strategic relationships with global brands like American Express, Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, Nestle and many more. Specifically, she negotiated sourcing and vendor agreements, film and DVD brand integrations as well as robust marketing and licensing activations. In her tenure at NBCUniversal, Ms. Cole delivered $30M+ in untapped revenue opportunities in the areas of merchandise, wine and spirits, and interactive games for both the theme park and motion picture visions.

In 2021, Ms. Cole received a certification in Data Science from Harvard Business School. She also holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business and BBA from the University of North Texas. She is also a member of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers.

In her free time, Ms. Cole enjoys fitness, hiking and playing golf. Her passion lies at the intersection of business and philanthropy.
